Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the trader and to every distance contract and order concluded between the trader and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions shall be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the trader shall indicate before the contract is concluded where the terms can be inspected and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.

If the contract is concluded electronically, the text of these terms and conditions may be provided electronically in such a way that the consumer can easily store it on a durable data carrier.

If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these terms, the consumer may, in the event of conflicting provisions, rely on the condition most favorable to them.

If one or more provisions are void or annulled, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect, and the invalid provision shall be replaced by one that reflects the intent as closely as possible.

Situations not covered by these terms shall be assessed "in the spirit" of these terms and conditions.

Ambiguities regarding the interpretation of one or more provisions shall also be interpreted “in the spirit” of these terms and conditions.

Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer has a limited validity period or is made under conditions, this shall be stated explicitly.
All offers are non-binding; the trader reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer.

The offer shall include a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. Images used are a truthful representation of the products and/or services. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind the trader.

All images, specifications, and data are indicative and cannot lead to compensation or termination of the contract.
Colors may vary slightly from the actual product.

Each offer shall clearly specify the consumer’s rights and obligations, including but not limited to:

  • The price (excluding import VAT and customs clearance fees, which are the customer’s responsibility);

  • Any shipping costs;

  • The manner of conclusion of the contract and required steps;

  • Whether the right of withdrawal applies;

  • The method of payment, delivery, and performance;

  • The period for accepting the offer or for maintaining the price;

  • The communication costs where applicable;

  • Whether the contract is archived and how it can be accessed;

  • The languages available for contract conclusion;

  • Any relevant codes of conduct; and

  • The minimum duration of the contract in case of continuous transactions.

Article 5 – The Contract

The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions.
Upon acceptance via electronic means, the trader shall immediately confirm receipt. Until confirmation is received, the consumer may dissolve the contract.

The trader shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure electronic data transfer and ensure a safe online environment.

The trader may, within legal limits, verify whether the consumer can meet their payment obligations. If justified, the trader may refuse an order or attach special conditions.

The trader shall provide the following information in writing or via a durable medium:

  • The address where complaints may be submitted;

  • Conditions and method for exercising the right of withdrawal, or its exclusion;

  • Warranty and after-sales service information;

  • Data as stated in Article 4, unless already provided;

  • Conditions for termination if the contract is of indefinite duration.

Each agreement is subject to product availability.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period starts the day after receipt of the product.

During this period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care. Products should only be used to the extent necessary to determine whether the consumer wishes to keep them.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the trader in writing (e.g., by email) within 30 days of receiving the product and return the goods within another 30 days.
Returns may be sent directly to the supplier in China, with proof of shipment required.

If the consumer fails to notify or return within the stated periods, the purchase becomes final.

Article 7 – Costs of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the consumer, including returns to the supplier in China.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receipt or proof of return.

Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

The trader may exclude withdrawal for products:

  • Made to the consumer’s specifications;

  • Clearly personal in nature;

  • Which cannot be returned due to their nature;

  • That perish or age quickly;

  • Subject to market price fluctuations beyond the trader’s control;

  • Newspapers or magazines;

  • Audio/video recordings or software once unsealed;

  • Hygienic products once unsealed.

Article 9 – Prices

Prices remain fixed during the validity period unless affected by VAT changes.
For goods shipped from outside the EU, import VAT and customs fees will be collected by the postal or courier service upon delivery.

All prices are subject to typographical errors. The trader is not obliged to honor incorrect pricing due to such errors.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

The trader guarantees that products conform to the contract, specifications, and reasonable expectations of quality and usability.
Manufacturer warranties do not affect statutory consumer rights.

Defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized repairs, or government regulations affecting materials.

Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

Orders will be processed with due care.
Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.

Orders will be fulfilled within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be notified within this period and may cancel the order free of charge. Refunds follow within 30 days.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon delivery.

Article 12 – Continuous Transactions: Duration, Termination, Renewal

Consumers may terminate contracts of indefinite duration at any time with one month’s notice.
Fixed-term contracts may be ended at expiry with the same notice period.
Renewal beyond the original term is not automatic unless explicitly agreed.

Article 13 – Payment

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 7 working days after the start of the withdrawal period.
Consumers must promptly correct any payment data errors.
In the event of non-payment, the trader may charge reasonable costs after proper notice.

Article 14 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after discovering defects.
The trader will respond within 30 days. If more time is needed, the consumer will be informed of the delay.
If a complaint cannot be resolved, it becomes a dispute subject to Article 15.

A justified complaint will result in repair or replacement free of charge.

Article 15 – Disputes

Contracts between the trader and the consumer are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
